Paint Specifications

These paints are all Automotive (Dulon) Lacquers.
They have been mixed using the original NZR BSS formulas, so they are as close to the actual colour as possible.

They are pre-thinned to suit airbrushing (at 20 PSI). Paint straight out of the bottle.
Note - these lacquers are not really suitable for brushing. If you want some for touch up then we might be able to supply a small amount of unthinned paint.
A little lacquer goes a long way - one 50ml bottle is sufficient for a minimum three NZ120 locos.
They produce a semi-gloss finish suitable for decalling.
Clean up and thinning only with Lacquer Thinner.
